Impressive apartment sales following launch at Hudson Quarter

Twenty-two apartments at Hudson Quarter have been reserved to buy in the first two weeks of going on the market.

The Palace Capital plc development, just off Toft Green, will see 127 luxury apartments, a 35,000 sq ft office building, commercial space, new landscaped grounds, parking spaces and a pedestrian and cycle route through the site, to connect with Toft Green.

Prices in the first phase will start from £175,000 for studios, £340,000 for two beds and £950,000 for three bed penthouses.

A marketing suite is open onsite to showcase the high quality finishes in all the apartments and is open to the public.

Hudson Moody and Carter Jonas are joint residential agents on the development. A range of studio, one, two, three bedroom homes have been offered in the first building to be released known as Kings, which contains 61 apartments.

The other two residential buildings are called, Waverley and Victoria, in a nod to the rich railway heritage of the area and will be marketed in due course.
