HQ BLOG: Fantastic progress as completion nears

Progress on the Hudson Quarter build has continued at pace, with all social distancing measures in place by our main contractor, Caddick Construction.  We are in the final phase of construction and the development remains on programme to be completed in March 2021.  We are excited at the prospect of welcoming new residents onto this stunning development in the heart of York.

There has been increased interest and activity from owner occupiers, as people understand that the project is nearly finished – and viewing requests are coming in thick and fast.

The external works are progressing well, with paving and planting beds going in so you can really begin to appreciate the feel of the space and high quality of the whole development.

Current purchasers are getting ready to complete and we are being asked lots of questions now about getting furniture delivered and sorting out broadband and TVs.

Generally, the market remains buoyant and, as confidence grows, people are planning their next move.
